Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) provides a comprehensive analysis of existing research on the role of web services in e-commerce and business communication. In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, web services have become indispensable for facilitating seamless transactions and effective communication in contemporary business practices. This study aims to uncover web services' specific impacts and implications in this dynamic field by synthesizing various scholarly articles. By examining key findings, emerging trends, and challenges, this SLR offers precise insights that contribute to a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between web services, e-commerce, and business communication. The synthesized knowledge presented in this review can guide practitioners, researchers, and stakeholders in harnessing the full potential of web services within their respective domains.
