E-Blood Bank

Abstract

Nowadays many lives could be lost due to the difficulty in obtaining a proper blood bag; therefore, this project aims to help people fulfill their needs for a safe and reliable blood group by searching for and locating a specific blood group. In this project, we demonstrate the problem of the blood bags’ shortage presented in the uncontrolled blood banks and the similar markets, not having awareness and confidence, dematerialized of the rare blood groups, and the difficulty in finding a specific blood group. Hence, we are implementing the blood bank web-based system that is connected to a centralized database to collect and organize the data from all the blood banks and blood donation campaigns. The system will organize and control the whole critical processes related to blood donation, testing and storing blood bags, and delivering the blood bags to the patient.
