Abstract

GoWhite is a digital platform that is created to serve society by giving people an opportunity to address local issues. With the advancement of information technology, there is a significant growth in internet users. E-Governance is the use of information technology to provide government services to citizens via the internet. People in developing nations such as India have begun to use IT trends, but there are still certain problems in their implementation. This website is an effort to make a contribution to digital India and obviously to E-Governance. Taking into consideration the increasing number of internet users, online services have become the preferred choice. To overcome the traditional pen-and-paper working methods, technology can be implemented to serve the nation in terms of applications like GoWhite. The advanced technologies used in social sites can be used for revolution. This application will bring the advancement and achieve the things which are not possible in traditional one. Through this we can create transparent and white India. The increasing trend of social sites made possible evolution of today’s E-governance. Our aim through this project is to create a platform which provides an interactive manner among common people and the corresponding leaders and government officers for approaching solution of local issues in society. There are some inefficiencies in current social sites and cyber laws of some countries. These inefficiencies like fake profiles; fake posts can be solved by providing authentication. Social sites are one of the sectors where technology and advancements in technologies have been utilized to the fullest potential. This potential can be used for approaching any social issue through a social web application. This application also intended to provide an open way for the leaders to communicate with the people which is little hard by traditional manner. This application will bring more transparency and interaction between common people and leaders.
