Security Attacks and its Solution in VANETs

A Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANETs) is a latest technology used now days for security and safety purpose of vehicles so that the rate of accidents can be reduced. VANETs can reduce various problems like road accidents, traffic jams, toll tax etc. through mobile nodes to mobile nodes and mobile nodes to roadside communications. However, the security for VANET is a major concern. In this paper we have discussed about the VANET and its security issues, also we have discussed about some attacks and types of attacker that harm the system. And beside that we have some solutions that can be implemented so that the system can be improved.
