Abstract

It is very essential to measure the performance for business entity because the whole business depends upon it. In this way the companies analyse the performance only on the basis of finance which is very relevant. But in the case of e-commerce portals, it is essential that they analyse the performance not only on the finance basis but non-finance aspects like customers’ point of view about the e-commerce portals. This study has tried to analyse the performance which is based on social ethics, non-financial and customer service performance. For the analysis, the questionnaire was framed with some questions related with social ethics and customer services. The result of the data analysis with Factor analysis indicates the opinion of the respondents about the performance.
