Apartment Control System Using Springboot

Abstract

Apartment Control aims to provide utility to maintain day to day apartments. This programme will provide a hassle-free platform for societal transformation, making it more functional and manageable. Many concerns arise within an apartment, such as the upkeep of amenities such as swimming pools and clubhouses, the resolution of issues such as water and power waste, and the occurrence of parking disputes. Elevators, power backup, a rooftop swimming pool, and a gym were all fixed after the builder fulfilled the required one-year maintenance period. It is realized that the work of housing societies had to be supported by provided facility application. So this application will sort out all the mentioned problems related with housing society.
