Abstract

Data can be collected, stored, analysed, and disseminated to multiple stakeholders using human resource information systems. HRIS allow for the improvement of traditional processes and the enhancement of strategic decision-making. The flood of technical innovation that has revolutionised every area of life today has not spared human resources. Early systems were often focused on a specific purpose, such as streamlining the payroll process or keeping track of employees' working hours. Today's systems cover the entire gamut of human resources department tasks, such as tracking and improving process efficiency, managing organisational hierarchy, and simplifying all types of financial transactions. Human resource technology systems evolved to satisfy these objectives as the job of human resources departments got more sophisticated.
