Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to access effect of E-Business processes and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Supply Chain Management (SCMG) on Indian Automotive Industries (IAIN). AI comes with revolution in all Information Technology related processes. Implementation of E-Business Processes with AI (EBPAI) will lead to a drastic improvement in management of supply chain which will improve Supply Chain Performance (SCP) as well as customer satisfaction. Since from last decade IAIN contributing significantly to GDP of India. Growth of IAIN is also fastest among all manufacturing companies in India. In this article the effect of EBPAI for SCM of IAIN is analyzed through survey-based approach. Various aspects of EBPAI that will lead to improved SCM are identified through literature review. Based on these identified aspects, data are collected through extensive survey. Collected data are analyzed statistically through software tools. The outcome of the statistical study demonstrates that EBPAI has a substantial impact on the enhancement of SCM performance.
