Business Automation Using Artificial Intelligence in Post COVID-19 Era
Abstract
After COVID-19, the business sector got hit pretty badly. The immediate transfer from traditional marketing to social media marketing changed up pretty quickly. People got confined inside their houses, so online shopping became the top priority, and it was the priority of every sector to bring their best game out on social media. A unique approach for better customer satisfaction was required. Delivering on these needs, we discuss various new technological advancements in this domain. This review study suggests a way forward on how businesses can scale their revenue and improve customer satisfaction just by automating the complete process with Artificial Intelligence. It analyses current technological advancements in these particular domains and showcases a better and productive approach.
