Abstract

This study introduces a sponsored paperless billing system that can be used to store the bills and maintain the record. The aim of this research is to implement an android application for the sponsor, that is user friendly. This system is well structured and easy to handle. This android app is specially designed to overcome the pen and paper work, because of which data will not get lost. It is a B2B model. The app will be deployed to the sponsor only and the created bill will be sent to the customer in jpg format. This will improve productivity, efficiency and security. Maintaining bills plays an important part in the day-to-day operations of a business. It also contains several procedures, some of which are easy, while others are complex and time-consuming. As a result, “Kumavat Bakery Billing System” was developed and introduced. It enables users of financial reports of Kumavat bakery. As a result, it maintains all the billing records, which makes decision-making easier. The shopkeeper was in need of a system that could maintain the accounting data with speed and accuracy. The stored bills can be shown as a proof to the customer buying multiple products at a time if he denies from buying them from the sponsor’s shop. The complexity can be reduced. The app is made according to the user’s (sponsor’s) requirements.
